France

France has produced more great photographers per capita than anyplace in the world. Or at least France is where more great photographers have worked. There’s a reason for this and it’s because photographs lurk everywhere. There's a never ending supply of good ones. One of my great regrets is that I’ve never been able to spend as much time in any city in France as I’d like. These are some of my favorites, but are restricted to Paris, Bordeaux, La Harve, and La Rochelle.
